I am pregnant and had been getting leg cramps until I started using MO. I no longer get leg cramps, it's kept my blood pressure normal and helped me to sleep at night. The down side is it stings so I need to apply it with water. I also don't like the feel of it on my skin so wash it off an hour after application. Oral Magnesium supplements interfere with mineral absorption from food so this avoids that.

This is an excellent product for nocturnal leg and foot cramp. Apply to soles of feet and legs. If stinging occurs, dilute with aloe gel. I am so glad I have found this product. Also gives relief to frozen shoulder which is a bonus.

Transdermal magnesium has proven an ideal way to get magnesium as I quickly get to bowel tolerance. Have been able to markedly reduce pain relief for fibromyalgia. Note: A little goes a LONG way. I didn't experience stinging, but did experience bowel intolerance when I used too much. Allow for the magnesium level to build up. I now find that 2 sprays on a painful joint is enough. For overall pain, I dilute with a base carrier oil.
