Initially I didn't notice much difference but after persisting and taking 30 Plus for a couple of months I think back to the "episodes" I encountered each month and thank 30 Plus for keeping these at bay. Closest thing to a hormonal transplant.

This product is dangerous because the black cohosh is a phyto oestrogen which drives a hormone imbalance. Watchout for the symptoms. PMT, Hypertension, Mood Swings. Do your research on the internet for Black Cohosh and you will find out the truth. Suffering terrible monthly headaches, no Dr could find a reason (or cure!) apart from "hormonal" issues. I reaad about 30 Plus and decided it couldn't hurt to try. Took a month to kick in properly but have now been taking for 2x yrs religiously and instead of 2-3 days per wk with a headache I now get them MAYBE 1x day a month if at all. At one stage I ran out on holiday for 2x weeks and I noticed the difference immediately. Not good! Won't do that again :-)

I can't beleive that after 14 years I am no longer taking a daily does of anti depressants! 30+ was recommended by workmates, already using the product, whose husbands had commented on the noticeable differene in moods (for the better of course). I bought this product on the strength of all the 5-star reviews, but had an adverse reaction to the concentrations of black cohosh... essentially my blood pressure dropped through the floor - after just three doses it was down to 82/50. I stopped immediately and came right over a 24 hour period. Obviously this reaction is not the norm, but there may be others out there who need to take care with this particular ingredient.

30 Plus is an amazing product it does everything it say's it does i have used this product for a number of years and recommend it to all ages hey even my hubby recommends it if i'm not 100 per cent he will say to me 'have you taken your 30 plus' so we have a laugh and I pop a tablet. Our daughters take it and they also say it's an excellent product.

For 5 yrs I suffered from Anxiety/Panic attacks,chronic hyperventilation, nervous tension,stress and mood swings. It affected my life considerably! 3 months on this my PMS was lessened, I was still moody no sex drive. My usual angry PMS time was moving closer to my period, & the affection returned a day before instead of on the day. This month, PMS disappeared. I could actually choose my mood, I had good humour, affection and sex drive. INCREDIBLE! I’m still shocked. It took 4 months of this supplement to work magic. I have been using this product for a couple of years now and would highly recommend it if you are the sort of person that suffers from PMT, mood swings, sleep issues due to estrogen issues. After using it for about a month I noticed a big difference. After a year I went off it thinking I was fine, but after a couple of months the symptoms came back so went back onto it and the symptoms diminished. I still get minor symptoms but not to the extent I did. I think this product is well worth it!
