This is an amazing product and very simple to take. It keeps you hydrated - dehydration being one of the greatest causes behind ill health. I love it because its a nutritious balanced whole food - better than a multi vitamin. I usually take in the morning and I find that on the odd occasion when I don't get lunch until 2pm I am not hungry. I sometimes take for lunch with 1/2 a vegetable stock cube - its better than a cup of soup!! Tiny seeds packed with energy! enjoy!

These are great! They bulk you up if you suffer from hypoglycaemia like I do & keep you feeling satisfied for a lot longer than any ordinary cereal when you have them for breakfast

When I saw these advertised on the flyer that comes with your order, I decided to try them out. I have used a whole packet now and back for more! They are so easy to use. I put them in my bread recipes and sprinkle on our cereal every morning.

I am on my first kilo packet and will be purchasing more when finished. I also give my dogs the chia seeds every day in their food. I have not noticed an improvement with my joint problems at this stage but it is early days.
