Rescue Remedy is probably the most famous of all Bach Flower remedies. It is a composite of 5 of the single Bach Flowers. These are Star of Bethlehem for shock and trauma, Rock Rose for feeling frightened or terrified, Cherry Plum for desperation and fearing you will lose control, Clematis to ground you in the present if dissociating or feeling faint and Impatiens for impatience and irritability. Together these cover the range of emotional responses experienced during times of crisis.
When feeling shocked, anguished, upset, fearful, and overwhelmed Rescue Remedy will bring comfort and reassurance. It is useful for all emergency situations from everyday ones such as exam nerves, interviews or dental appointments through to times of major crisis or trauma such as the loss and devastation experienced due to the Canterbury earthquake.
While a Rescue Remedy treatment bottle contains some alcohol as a preservative, it can be safely given to all ages and also to animals. It can be carried around as an easily administered first aid tool and given for immediate relief.

Rescue Remedy Stock Bottle is a composite Bach Flower remedy consisting of the following five flower remedies - Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum, Rock Rose and Clematis.
Contains alcohol as a preservative.
Take 4 drops or 2 sprays in the mouth as often as needed. If unable to administer orally to children or animals, a few drops onto pulse points or paws will be effective. Alternatively add a couple of doses to a drink bottle.

Rescue Remedy has no harmful effects and you cannot overdose with it. Taking more than the recommended amount per dose is unnecessary, but will do no harm.
