I had a couple days of slight headache and then I felt fine (obviously did some detoxing), ever since i finished the course I have been feeling very clear and lots of energy and it has been so easy for me to loose the few extra kilos I put on since pregnant (3 years ago) it seemed to be harder to loose it before detox , it feels my body is working much better. Yes I would recommend this detox.

Total Body Cleanse is an excellent product for spring cleaning the body. Having had digestive problems for a few years I am starting to find my body returning to a healthy normal state because of this cleanse. Great product

I followed the instructions for the 7 day detox and apart from losing a little bit of weight I don't think there are any noticable changes. There is a lot of information given, unfortunately it does not say what results to expect. I wouldn't use this product again
