Both my daughter and I take this product daily - we both lead busy demanding lives. My daughter is studying for her Masters and I regularly send her this product as she swears by it. I find that I am sleeping much better at night time and feel more relaxed during the day.

I've been using this for around 3 months now and it works really well keeping my anxiety at bay if I take it in the morning. Tried taking before I went to bed, but found that although it was good to induce sleep, it didn't help for day time anxiety. I was getting to the point where I was contemplating going to the GP for medication, but now I don't need too! Thanks healthpost for another great product at a great price.
