Calcium Chelate is a readily absorbable form of calcium that in combination with silica is strengthening to nails.
Horsetail is aherb that provides a natural source of silica. Silica is necessary for the strong structure and resilience of nails and all connective tissue.
Zinc Chelate is a readily absorbable form of zinc. In conjunction with Vitamin A, zinc is essential for the synthesis of protein from which nails and hair are manufactured. Zinc deficiency can cause white spots on the fingernails, and interfere with absorption of B Complex, which is important for hair, nail and skin quality. Zinc and Vitamin A deficiency can result in weak peeling nails.
Spirulina is a blue-green algae and natural food source of B Complex Vitamins, protein and a range of minerals necessary for the health and maintenance of hair and nails.
Kelp is a natural source of minerals, especially iodine, important for healthy thyroid function. The condition of the hair, nails and skin are dependent upon a well functioning thyroid gland.
Dose:
Adults: Take 1-2 tablets twice daily with meals.
Contra-indications:
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Those on medications should consult their healthcare practitioner.

I have psoriasis which causes my nails to ridge, peel and crack. But if I can take this supplement regularly, they grow well and are much stronger.
