Also contains 35% alcohol.
In general, 10 drops 3 times daily. For swelling of the soft tissues 30 drops 3 times daily.

A miracle remedy for inflammation and trauma injuries of ANY sort - from accident-prone kids who crash into each other on the trampoline, to a husband who recently tore his calf muscle, this has facilitated and greatly speeded up the healing of many bumps, bruises and soft tissue injuries. Also highly recommend the creme. I now take this everywhere!
