I feel like the girl who couldnt do without her Mum deodorant ad on years ago, I have gone through my first packet of bowel biotics, and it has stablised me to the point where I can now go out with confidence knowing I am not going to have an accident, and have to find a loo quickly. it certainly bulks things up well and I have to admit to having my first decent stool production for many years. have had minimal success with dr,s preion for movicol, but really not half as successful.

I have had terrible trouble with constipation for nearly a decade, related to medication, inadequate dietary fiber intake and a sedentary lifestyle. Since taking 2 teaspoons of bowel biotics with digestive enzymes each day, I have gone from having a painful constipated bowel motion every 4 days, to having a pain free bowel motion every day. These bowel biotics are an essential in my cupboard!!

This product works and I really wanted to love it but I can't handle the texture. I thought it might be a powder but rather is small husks and really not something I want to take. I do think this product is great though in that it has the pre and pro biotics included.
