This product is essential to anyone diagnosed with either border line High Bad Cholesterol or is taking Statin drugs! My husband is ache free when using these capsules. It rebuilds the tissue/parts of the body that are severly depleted by the statins. If I knew now what I know about Statins we would never have started him on them. These alternative capsules go hand in hand with statin drugs - highly recommend BUT see your doctor first if on warfarin etc..
