These are a great multivitamin because they contain comparatively high amounts of iron and calcium. Our children are 'good eaters' but we don't eat a lot of meat, so I like a multivit with a decent amount of iron, and these are the highest iron (5mg) I've found in non-liquid form as my kids like the chewable "pill pill".
