Adults:
Take 25mL daily on an empty stomach. For best results, take 25mL twice daily,morning and night on an empty stomach.
Children 6 -12 years:
Up to 25mL daily. Honey flavour is palatable for children.
Contra-indications:
Not suitable for infants under the age of 12 months.
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation without medical advice.

Great product. I dont really like the tase of aloe juice so combining it with manuka honey made it easier and better tasting to drink. I felt heathier too.
