These ester c / echinacea tablets have helped keep me in excellent health this winter & they taste pretty good too. Usually I would have had a least a cold by this time of year but not since taking these in conjunction with the Good Health Flaxomega!

I love these! I take them regularly and never get a cold. If I feel a little tickle in my throat I up the dosage and it doesn't develop an further. They are very moorish so no hassle with kids taking them.
