Esther C is probably not for everyone, for me it works really well. I am of the A blood group and according to what I have read A's should have more vitamin C than other blood groups. Around this time of the year I start taking it a 1/4 tsp per day (I mix it with a little honey or jam as it's very bitter) If through the winter I start feeling run down I take it twice a day. Then stop taking it in Oct Nov for 3-4months. I've been taking it now for about 5yrs. great stuff.
