I've been using this for 1 month and just ordered another. How wonderful to finally sleep 7-8 hours straight. Also, a significant reduction in intensity of hot flushes and no night sweats anymore. I'm taking a zinc, magnesium, B6 combination and they seem to work well together, normalising my moods. I'm very happy to be living close to before menopause started :) Thank you
