Milk Flow contains homoeopathic potencies of Asafoetida 30c, Bryonia 30c, Calc Carb 30c, Phytolacca 60x and Pulsatilla 60x.
Oral Spray
Use 2 sprays per dose orally 3 or 4 times a day as required.
Tablets
2 tablets per dose 3 or 4 times a day as required. Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.

This product is amazing & is one of the main reasons I am still breast feeding! I have suffered from recurring mastitis & raynauds syndrome in my breasts & when I feel the tingle start I have the 2 sprays & it doesn't develop into anything. If the pain has taken hold I use it & within a hour it has eased considerably. Can completely recommend. Lifesaver!!!!!
