New Era Biochemic Remedies are homoeopathically prepared from safe, natural and non-habit forming ingredients. They are based on Dr Schuessler's Nutritional Biochemic System of Medicine.
The mineral salts in soft, moulded tablets are present in highly assimilable form. The tablets readily dissolve on the tongue and the minerals are quickly absorbed into the bloodstream, bypassing the stomach where the acidic conditions would alter them.
Active constituent (in homeopathic potency):
Magnesium Phospate B. Hom. 6x
Also contains lactose.
Tablets to be dissolved on the tongue.
Chronic cases 3 doses daily.
Acute cases every half hour until relief is obtained. Thereafter 3 doses daily.

These are the best there are my partner gets cast with cramp in both hamstrings the only thing that relieves it is the mag phos.

These tiny little pills are are a fantastic instant remedy for cramping, especially abdominal and night twitches. Also, they're very easy to just pop on your tongue and dissolve, no water required, so I can take them easily in the middle of the night.
