Each Capsule Contains:
Feverfew, dried leaf extract 90mg
(concentrated 12:1, standardised to 0.7% parthenolide)
Feverfew whole leaf 80mg
Take 1 capsule daily.
Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women or by children under two years of age. Certain individuals may experience gastric irritations with use. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Persons taking anti-clotting medications such as Warfarin should consult their physician before using Feverfew.

I haven't been without this supplement for 6 years now. Before I discoverd Feverfew I was suffering migraine headaches frequently and I would never have been able to hold down a full time job - but since taking these they have lessoned dramatically. I take it every night with my magnesium - brilliant! Be warned though, it takes about 2-3 months for the benefits of feverfew to show, be patient, its worth it :)
