Directions

I use this product every day - either fo rmyself or my team - I can't recommend it highly enough - I take it for maintenance during winter and at the hint of a cold take boost the dose (in conjunction with Absolute Essentials Immunity Plus)

I really like this product, I take one a day as the cooler weather comes on and if I feel a cold coming on I double the dose and also take a garlic supplement. My colds normally hang on but last time in was 4 days and I was back on top.
