This product is perfect for me. Having been advised to take Turmeric post running for the anti-inflammatory benefits I was sort of at a loss because I train first thing in the morning and the thought of sprinkling turmeric on my rolled oats and berries at breakfast was not attractive thought! So I can throw this product in my gym bag and have it with my recovery drink. There is a neat like hot buzz in your mouth before you swallow which is way cool.

I stopped taking this product when I ran out and noticed a difference in how I was feeling straight away, also my elimination habits seemed to slow down and overall more sluggish. I found one a day was enough for me otherwise it just seems to go straight through me it also helped with aches and pains. It is now back on my list of daily supplements! Great product at a great price!
