Peri-menopause is that transitional phase beginning when periods become irregular through to “menopause” when we retrospectively acknowledge that menstruation ceased at least 12 months ago.
Our modern experience of menopause is different to that of our grandmothers and great grandmothers. Menopause is a natural process and nothing we do or don’t do will stop it from happening. What we can do is support hormonal balance, get our nutritional status up and our stress levels down, so 21st century women can enjoy the same easy, carefree peri and post menopausal experience our ancestors did.
Peri and post menopause are not diseases, so we do not talk in terms of “symptoms”, but depending on current state of health, nutrition and hormonal balance a woman may experience one or several common and unpleasant effects of the fluctuating and declining production of reproductive hormones. The healthier you are going into peri-menopause (anytime between 40 and 50 years of age) the easier the transition will be for you.
The herbs in this comprehensive formula, such as wild yam, black cohosh and the ‘female ginseng’ dong quai are known for their affinity for the female reproductive system and history of use as tonics to women of many ages.
Radiance MenoEze is an especially unique formula as it also provides the brain health herb Ginkgo biloba and energy enhancing Withania somnifera.

Each Capsule Provides:
Wild yam root extract (6% diosgenin)
100% vegetarian.
Also contains: Cellulose capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
No: Corn, egg, gluten, milk derivatives, nuts, peanuts, salt, soy, sugar, wheat, yeast, artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.
Take two capsules daily with food.
Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Not recommended for women diagnosed with oestrogen sensitive cancer, endometriosis or uterine fibroids. Caution with hormone replacement therapy and oral contraceptives. Suspend supplementation one week prior to surgery.
