This product saved my life. I have had night sweats for a while but they gradually got worse. Not to mention the brain fog and irritability. I thought I was going crazy. I love Remifemin. Within an hour of arriving at work I can tell if it is a day I have forgotten to take my tablet in the morning. I keep spare ones in my desk's second drawer. It has also helped to explain to the 24 year old young man who sits next to me, as well as others in my team, the joys of menopause. I have found this product excellent for Perimenopause symptoms such as hot flushes and in particular for me, mood fluctuations. After about one month I had some relief but it took about two months to start working properly. When I re order again I am also going to try the Sleep Remifemin.

I am SO grateful for this remedy. After three doses of Remifemin there was a huge change in how I felt. The mood swings, frustration, foggy brain, exhaustion, headaches, and hot flashes all either eradicated or hugely reduced. Sorry ladies, I ended up throwing this away. Didn't even finish one box. Actually made things worse, so bad I was in tears not wanting to go away on family holiday. I have never suffered from depression before or anything remotely like it, and have never felt so down as I was on this product. Have gone back to Harmony Menopausal support, and also started taking Thompsons Mood Manager - I tell you a different woman.
