This product is fantastic for insomnia, it took a couple of days to start working for me, when it started working i had great relief from suffering from sleep deprivation for over 6 months, i wish i had found this product sooner. Can not be without this product! I started using it to alleviate my pregnancy insomnia, and after three nights it worked wonderfully. You only need the smallest amount, so it goes a long way. I have tried not taking it on occassion, thinking perhaps a placebo effect was occuring, i was wrong. Fantastic results and I highly reccommend :)
