My mum has been taking these chewable pills for years by now. It taste good but very sour. Recent half a year, she's been having a bit of stomach acid problem. So we might change to Ester C for a while and hope it'll be better. (FYI, as a cancer patient, she takes high dose of Vitamin C pills, the rest of us taking one pill a day has no stomach problems)
