Absolutely love this product. My husband has artrial fibrillation that can get quite bad. But since using Thompsons Mg (with Vit. E as well) he has not suffered except when I have run out and it comes back after a few weeks. Have tried other Mg but haven't found them as efeective.

My husband has a very physical job and was suffering from cramps, Thompsons Organic Magnesium has alleviated all symptoms, excellent product, seems to absorb very well. We tried another brand which did not work. This also works very well to assist with sleep problems, seems to calm and send you off to sleep very nicely.

Just thrilled with the results from this supplement. After 6 months of not sleeping I take one of these an hour before bed with a glass of warm milk and I sleep like a baby. Also I am far less irritable and a lot calmer throughout the day.
