I have been taking these daily for 2 years. These tabs have improved my general well-being and also a notable change in the appearance of my hair, nails etc. Also good for the heart, cholestrol too.

I've been taking regular EPO/fish oils for a year to try to control rough cracked hands (not easy to massage clients with hands like that!). 8 caps per day was having a minimal beneficial effect, but not enough. I switched to 8 salmon oil caps and my hands were as smooth as a baby's bottom within a week! As soon as I stop taking them or cut down, the roughness returns. These are amazing :)

I take these for lubricating my eyes, as well as for general health. I have dry eyes and was needing to use too much of the special eye drops. These were recommended by a retired ophthalmologist after tests were done that proved they work. I never buy eye drops now, and the capsules work out cheaper too.
