Zen Therapeutics Ki Immune Defence and Energy Formula is formulated to enhance the immune system and at the same time boost the body’s energy reserves. I have been taking Ki for 3 months now (1 tablet morning and night) for prevention against colds and flu. It has certainly worked so far. Although I have had the beginnings of a cold twice it did not come to anything more than a runny nose for a couple of days. So I feel that my immune defence is working pretty well, thanks to Ki-Immune Defence I'd say!

This is such a good product for those of us with poorly-functioning immune systems, and in particular for those with autoimmune illnesses who cannot use herbs such as echinacea. The astragalus is what works for me, and this is the only product I have managed to find with a large enough dose to do the trick (5g per tablet). It has made a huge improvement to my overall well-being and I wouldn't be without it on a daily basis. Highly recommended.

I have been taking Ki for about 6 months and it works for me. Not only with flu etc I don't get the aches and pains I had. All I know is that it is doing something good for me and it is the only thing I take. So whatever it is it's working. I feel great!
