I purchased this product in the hope it would improve my energy and mood but i can't even stomach it as the smell and taste is disgusting. Even after i managed to get 1 pill down with LOTS of water I was still burping the horrible taste a hour later. Waste of money for me. HEALTHPOST RESPONSE: what a shame you didn't like this Kate. We've been selling this product to happy customers since 2008, however Vitamin B complex can have quite a strong taste, especially in a high potency formula - so it is a case of finding the complex that suits you best as an individual.

Great product, reached desired results quickly within a couple of days I noticed a change, though I was taking two-three per day, then dropped back to two per day after 2 weeks. Within two days of stopping the product when the bottle finished, the previous symptoms returned, showing me that it was indeed this product that had produced such great results. Definitely a product to stay on. Found no issue swallowing them, was easily able to take 3 at once.

I would highly recommend this product. When you really do the homework around Vitamin B products, you start to realise how much they vary in potency and variations of Vit B... but this one really is High Potency, and really does make a daily difference. Both my partner, brother & myself all take this and all believe its the best one on the market. Highly recommend!!! And its an amazing price!
