I've noticed a huge difference in my general health and well being since starting taking Flaxseed oil a few years back. This particular flaxseed product is excellent value for money.

Warning! Do not buy if you're a vegetarian looking for an alternative to fish oil-based omega products (which is the main reason for choosing Flax oil over the cheaper fish oil). Oddly, considering the market, the capsules contain gelatine!
