I dont produce enough of my own electrolytes which means I am dehydrated all the time. I can drink 6+ litres of water a day and still be dehydrated...which of course means many trips to the bathroom. This has been a life saver! By adding adding this to my water, I drink about 2-3 litres a day depending on how active I am. I definitley recommend this product.
