I highly recommend this product. I have been taking fish oil tabs for years but only Nordics within the last year. My family has a history of heart so I wanted to take Coq10 as the specialist recommended it as very good. Having fish oil and Coq10 in one tablet is great for me. I was only taking 1 tablet for a while to cut the cost, but increased it to the rec. dosage of 2 and have never felt better. My well-being is enhanced, and my skin (previously very dry) has responded magnificently.
