We all want to be healthy, to be happy, feel good and to live longer. To live the life we dream of.


We know that looking after ourselves, a good diet and exercise are important, but life is busy. We don’t always do and haven’t always done what we know we should. And we all know that modern medicine doesn’t hold all the answers.

    I have been using this product for the last month and have noticed a big improvement in my nails,they are no longer splitting or breaking . my nails are the best they have ever been .Will keep using the product.

  • Got these for my teenage daughter

    My daughter has been suffering with mild depression and anxiety and wanted to try something natural rather than go down the road of antidepressants.
    She has been taking them for a month now and feels better balanced mood wise and her anxiety is not as bad.
    Am now increasing the dose to 2 at night in the hopes that it will also help with her sleep.

  • taken to help blood sugar spikes

    My wife is taking this morning and night before meals and in conjunction with Bitter Melon at lunch time and suppertime, with fantastic results.
    Has stopped the spiking sugar levels, which mainly happen mid afternoon and early morning between 3 - 4 am. It's nice to be able to eat without
    worrying about sugar levels spiking uncontrollably.
