  • CHOICES...........

I have tasted this product and find it palatable, but my grandsons ( 10 & 4 yrs ) didn't like it at all ! Disappointing - I made the choice for an alternative type of drink but I
won't order it again. The boys drink a lot of water and are used to that choice i guess !!

  • 100g goes a long way

Very nice green tea product. I am on a fast at the mo and this matcha green tea seems the perfect companion.
I'm not sure if it's fasting, or fasting and drinking this tea while watching a good movie, that has me very relaxed.
Perhaps it's the L-Theanine per serving, as I have happily drunk 3-4 cups this evening. I feel a sense
of tranquility that I rarely experience these days. It's a little like that first (and probably only) chrisp cold beer of the evening
that I have gone without for 2 nights now, and don't miss it. I encourage you to read up on the benefits of green tea.
There are Japanese studies that have shown it to be good for your teeth and gums, so you can rinse and pull
with it, a useful tip towards the end of your cup. This matcha tea is strong and you should find it lasts longer than the 20 servings
of 5g as listed on the packet, it maybe good for something like three times that. When drunk as a tea, I don't even need
a full teaspoon per coffee cup. Definitely my favorite value for money product from Healthpost.

  • Great taste, not a lot of greens

A nice tasting supplement that works well with most foods you add to it. The children liked it. It doesn't contain a lot of greens - when you can get 5000mg of spirulina in a capsule, 10 mg is negligible, I think. The other greens are in 10mg quantities also.
