Very good product for the over 65s. I use it every night, and I find that even though I do wake several times a night, I go back to sleep within 15 minutes. Before taking Sleep Science I could lay awake for up to 2 hours before falling back to sleep.

I've had insomnia most of my adult life but it became much worse after catching glandular fever 10 years ago. I have tried many herbal and drug remedies. Clinicians sleep science did hardly anything at all for me. Not as good as a warm cup of milk and a hot bath. I wasted my money on this product.

Having not slept well for over 12 years post children I decided to try these pills. I also get woken regularly by cats. Since taking these pills with the magnesium ones I got free with purchase my sleeping has improved significantly. I am still woken by cats but go back to sleep very quickly and do not stay awake for hours like in the past with a busy mind. I would recommend to anyone who needs help with sleeping.

Yes, I am so grateful for sleep science. It has helped me hugely. After 3 nights on it I came off sleeping tablets ( cold turkey) after taking them for 10 yrs. My GP was thrilled, also my pharmacist, both of them saying they thought sleep science was a very good and healthy product. I take 1 sleep science and 1 of your free magnesium each night. As stated on the bottle it also prolongs sleep. I am sleeping 10 yrs unless I set the alarm.

so far this is the best product I have tried for a decent sleep - i get a lot of cramps and find if i take 2 magnesium through the day and this at bedtime I can get around 5 hours sleep - I often take 2 at night and can really notice the difference to get that better sleep

The first few nights I did wake several times but was able to return to sleep, which is abnormal for me, once woken I usually stay awake for several hours.
After that I started sleeping longer and longer hours before waking, but always returning to sleep.

After a huge trauma in my life my doctor prescribed Diazepam to help with anxiety and insomnia, not something you stay on for very long as it it addictive. I have been taking Clinicians Sleep Science for a month now and find it just as effective. Initially I took two half an hour before bed with a cup of Camomile tea but found I was having a lot of crazy vivid dreams so I dropped back to one a night and it works a treat. I recommend it to all you insomniacs out there. I will be buying more.
