Supplier Application

HealthPost welcomes submissions from suppliers who would like us to consider stocking their products. We get a lot of applications, so we always require suppliers to follow our process.

Product Qualification

We will consider products which:

  • are natural, with minimal or no synthetic additives.
  • do not contravene any regulatory requirements and where necessary, are approved by TAPS.
  • have a recognisable point of difference from similar items we already stock.
  • are not too bulky, heavy, or perishable.

Preference will be given to products manufactured in a GMP certified environment.

Step 1

You (the supplier) fills in and submits the online application form. You'll need to upload a pricelist. Please be sure to include any purchasing terms in it, as well as your freight policy. Microsoft Excel format is preferred.
Our product development team will review your application and let you know if we wish to take things to step 2. We will also let you know if your application wasn't successful – you don't need to enquire about progress and no correspondence will be entered into.

Step 2

If your application makes it to step 2, we will contact you and request some more details. This may be to do with ingredients or practical considerations such as weight, perishability and supply.

Step 3

If all the details check out, we will contact you and request four samples of each product. We will also request any marketing materials, product instructions, etc. Samples will not be returned.

Step 4

If we decide to sell your product(s), we will contact you to discuss marketing options.
