Directions
Start taking after birth or when required. Enjoy 2-3 cups daily as a nourishing, mineral rich health drink. Suitable throughout the lactation period. This soothing tea can be given directly to babies for digestive comfort.
For breastfeeding mother: drink 3-5 cups daily
Babies: to directly support the baby’s digestive health
Infants: 5ml of made up tea 3x a day
6-12 months old: 10ml of made up tea 3x a day
