SUGGESTED USE:
Infuse 1 - 2 teabags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2 - 10 minutes before drinking to fully capture the flavour and herbal benefits. Use up to three times daily. Add honey if desired. Best without milk.
INGREDIENTS:
Milk thistle herb (Silybum marianum), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Burdock root (Arctium lappa), Red Clover flower (Trifolium pratense), Juniper berry (Juniperus communis), Marigold flower (Calendula officinalis), Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Flavours, Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum aromaticum).

Dandy Detox has a lovely smooth taste and is great anytime of the day but especially first thing in the morning as an alternative to tea or coffee. The herbal ingredients are listed in all my books about beating the menopause without HRT and I really feel this tea compliments my healthy eating regime. I am so glad I found it.

This tea is really good, it has a nice taste and the ingredients are very good for your liver and kidneys aswell. Its definitely worth the price.
