  • Good energy

    star

I love these - I am low in iron and low in energy and these help so much!

I started with a normal dose but twice a day for a week and now on a normal dose and I have to say I notice a big difference :) I have to make sure I don't run out as I notice a drop in energy levels if I don't take them for a few days.

I take them with Vitamin C (lifestream also) to help absorb the iron.

  • Worked well

    star

This didn't work so great the first day but by the second day I could feel an improvement. I only took one at luchtime when I was starting to feel tfatigued and it gave me about the same pick me up as a strong cup of coffee but without the shakes! Certainly helped get me through an lasted about 3-4 hours.

  • Didn't make a difference

I'm reviewing different Magnesium products for help with sleep and muscle relaxant. I liked that it was liquid and was open to the liposomal idea, but noticed no difference during the 1 month trial. I will be trialing several others and looking at different forms of Magnesium. Will not use this or recommend this one
