Eczema is a problem affecting many people around the world, causing dry, scaly, itchy plaques on the skin that can be prone to infection if irritated and scratched too badly. These areas may start as a small area and then expand to cover much of the body if not controlled properly, causing serious discomfort as well as being unsightly. Despite being a condition with topical symptoms, its underlying cause is related to the functioning of the immune and digestive systems, and as such improving the health of these will often assist with the alleviation of the condition itself.
A good diet rich in antioxidants, gelatin, vitamins A and C and zinc may help support the health of the skin and immune systems, and probiotics are increasingly popular for the prevention and relief of this irritating complaint.
Topical products to help eczema include gentle soothing and repear creams, balms and even an eczema mask, such as the manuka honey mask from Manuka Health.
As soon as I started taking this pills my eczema almost disappear, this is an excellent product, highly recommended !!!
My naturopath put me onto these when I was a teenager and they worked wonders, so when my skin started breaking out recently I ordered more. Not only have they cleared up most of the pimples but they have reduced the dry skin on my forehead.
No more waking up at night
My 2-year-old son has eczema and he used to scratch a lot during a night time. He had been taken Ethical probiotic since he was one month old to support his eczema but did not help him much. I used Inner health for kids over a year but it did not really help for eczema. Then I found this and switched to this product and it works really well. He doesn't scratch much as he used to. I am so happy about this product.
