Arnica Ointment assists the body's natural response to shock, injury, fatigue and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous excercise or exertion.

For best results use both the Arnica oral and ointment forms together.
Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs. Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or cause pain, is encouraged.
Arnica Ointment contains a mother tincture of the herb Arnica Montana 5 % in a paraben free, greasy ointment base.
Apply liberally to the affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required, but only where the skin is unbroken.
