Sun & Outdoors

There’s an old saying that “spending time in nature is healing energy”. There’s something magical and uplifting about the smell of the ocean or the sensation from a carpet of lush green grass under your feet. Being close to nature is not only good for your physical body but also beneficial to your soul.

Our sun and outdoors range of natural beauty and personal care products can allow you to enjoy spending time outdoors while protecting you from the sun and insects that bite.

If you prefer to use natural-based products our range is suitable and safe for children and those with sensitive skin. You are sure to love using formulations with nature’s touch.

The popular Bug Balm from Tui Balms is particularly mild and soothes present itchy bites as well as offering safe protection from mosquitoes and sandflies.

For skin protection from the sun, see our popular Natural Sunscreen selection.

Product Reviews

  • Wouldn't use again

    star

    Did not like.
Was very greasy, hard to spread, so pulled the skin while applying and left a white casting.
    Do not recommend

  • very effective sunblock

    star

I took this sunblock on a recent holiday to Fiji where we spent hours in the water snorkeling. This sunblock was very effective. Take the time to put in on properly as it is quite thick, but it does stay on. I have very fair skin and I didn't get any sunburn.

  • Really disappointed

    star

Really disappointed with this product considering how much it costs. The instructions say to shake well before use but the packaging doesn't really allow for this. You have to squeeze it out into another container and then mix it. Even then it is still very oily and leaves slick film on everything. Seems more like it attracts the sun rather than blocks it out. I have very sensitive skin and it makes mine sting slightly. Sorry but I do not recommend using it.
