Have repurchased this for a few years now, about 6, which I think speaks volumes in itself. Hides the small spots I get naturally and is a great two-in-one product. You will probably need something more industrial for cystic acne but its great for everyday little concerns. Packaging sometimes results in a bit of leakage but I can't think how it might be packaged differently and as hygienically.
