THE BEST hand cream i have ever used. This is worth every penny. I am a stay-at-home mum and we use cloth nappies so my hands are constantly getting washed. I used to get very sore, red, cracked skin on my hands and tried tonnes of different creams before i was given some of this to try. I have not been without it since and my hands look like ladies hands once again :)
