Pomegranate (Punica Granatum)
Native to Persian Empire in what is today Iran, Iraq, Greece and Turkey, among other countries, the pomegranate plant is a shrub or small tree that has been cultivated by humans for millennia. Since antiquity it has appeared in art, literature and legend as a symbol of life, power, beauty and fertility; which is appropriate as some pomegranate trees are known to live for over 200 years. Today, pomegranates are widely grown throughout India and Middle East. The most coveted part of the tree is the fruit itself which contains hundreds of seeds encased in juicy arils. These seeds are rich in punicic acid and have strong anti-oxidant properties that help promote cell renewal and regeneration.

This is truly the BEST hand cream ever ! I am a busy Mum, constantly washing up, scrubbing, weeding - you name it. I need a hand cream that is absorbent but keeps my hands hydrated and supple, that stays working without being greasy. I also have rough skin around my nails. This hand cream smells divine and you can feel your skin loving it :)

This handcream is absolutely gorgeous. It feels great, smells good & my hands love it. I have a problem with my hands whenever the weather gets cold, i.e. every year around this time & until late springtime, but this year so far I have no cracks appearing in the skin at all. I am delighted!
