Weleda Ratanhia Toothpaste is an excellent family toothpaste to promote good oral hygiene. Herbal extracts of Ratanhia (Krameria) and Myrrh help keep the gums and mouth healthy. The fine chalk base thoroughly cleanses without damaging the enamel of the teeth. It has a refreshing taste and natural flavour from peppermint and spearmint pure essential oils.

My favourite toothpaste for many years now (after decades of trying heaps). The flavour is initially strange but quickly becomes moorish. Our child took a bit longer to get used to it, to be weaned off the usual pepperminty brands. I find it stimulates the gum line and strengthens it, seemingly keeping gum shrinkage back. Since using it (and occasional other Weleda toothpastes for variety) my tooth/gum health has definitely been excellent.
