I began taking this product about 6 months ago after being prescribed medication for hypertension. My blood pressure is now low enough to cease that medication. In addition, the troublesome varicose veins in my legs are almost unnoticeable now. So I am convinced that this product must be doing all my vascular system good.

I have been taking Q10 now for approx 2years after commencing on a statin for high cholesterol. The Q1o helps those who suffer from muscle pain caused by taking statins. The results are almost instant.Q10 is great for sustaining general well being. I will continue taking Qio while I take a statin.

Have had amazing improvements to heart rhythm irregularity after starting this product. Co Q10 was initially recommended by GP, and we have found that this larger 150mg dose the best. It is really great for overall heart health for anyone, but also very important for anyone taking Statins. I find this is an excellent body support product.

I was originally prescribed by my Heart specialist to take Verapamil to control the irregular heart rate but I found they had side effects. I have now been using Q10 - 150mg (higher dose recommended) for the last year and have found it fantastic!!! No more racing heart :)
