Clinicians Fibro M Support is a research-based nutritional formula designed to support the body's response to overall tiredness and joint stiffness and related disruptions in cell metabolism.

Low energy and tiredness may mean you could be deficient in magnesium and in serotonin, the “feel good” neurotransmitter. Low thyroid function has also been implicated. Tired joints and stiffness may also be the result of defective cell energy production and inability of cells to remove toxic waste build-up such as lactic acid. Addressing these deficiencies may greatly assist the quality of life for these individuals.

Some natural ways to manage this include:

Exercise: low impact aerobic exercise including 20 minutes of walking, swimming or cycling daily is recommended.

Diet: Restriction or elimination of refined sugars and increased intake of foods naturally high in magnesium (legumes, seeds, nuts, wholegrains and green leafy vegetables).

Ingredients

Active Ingredients in 9 gelatin capsules:

Magnesium (from magnesium aspartate) 450mg

Malic Acid 1800mg

Also contains: magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions

Recommended Adult Dosage:

Take 3 capsules three times daily with food. Maintain on 2 capsules three times daily.

Precautions

Side Effects: High dosing may cause bowel looseness. Some individuals may experience gastrointestinal discomfort from malic acid. It is recommended they take this product with a meal or start on a lower dose gradually building up to the recommended daily dose.

Pregnancy and Breast Feeding: Little is known about the action of the ingredients contained in FibroDol during these times. This supplement is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless under supervision of a healthcare professional.

I cannot live without this product. I have been on it for years. After a fair time on Fibro M Support I now take a maintenance dose and my Fibro is under control. I just would not be without this particular Magnesium because it is especially formulated for Fibro suffers. The Malic and Magnesium together are vitally important.
