MSM (methylsulphonylmethane) is naturally present in food and the human body. It is a source of biologically active sulphur, a mineral element critical to the normal function and structure of the body. Sulphur is a raw material for protein and connective tissues that make up body mass, enzymes that conduct countless chemical reactions and powerful natural compounds that protect us against toxicity and harmful oxidative stress.
Each Capsule Provides:
MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane) 600mg
Vitamin C from Calcium Ascorbate 25mg
Vitamin C from Sodium Ascorbate 75mg
Hesperidin 17.5mg
Rutin 17.5mg
Quercetin 10mg
Molybdenum (from molybdenum amino acid chelate) 30mcg
Calcium content (from calcium ascorbate) 5.5mg per capsule
Sodium content (from sodium ascorbate) 10mg per capsule
No added: Gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours or preservatives.
Recommended Adult Dosage: 2 capsules (with food) twice daily or as directed.
Your gastrointestinal tolerance and condition should provide your dosage guideline. For individuals with a sensitive stomach, it is recommended that MSM be taken with food. Do not exceed 8g of MSM daily.
Do not take with Warfarin or any other blood thinning medication.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a health professional before taking this product.

I have tried several MSM supplements and this is the only one that has any effect on my pain, especially in my neck. I have been on this product for over five years and even took it during one pregnancy after consulting with my doctor because of the pain relief I receive from it. (I am still in pain but it takes the sharpness away).
