Adults: 2 to 4 capsules twice daily.
Children 6 to 12 years: 1 to 2 capsules twice daily.
Children 12 months to 5 years: Take 1 capsule daily (contents of capsule to be mixed with fluid or sprinkled on food).
This product contains Vitamin A. If pregnant or planning to become pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your health professional.
