Also contains: Water, xylitol, bulking agent (glycerine), thickener (gum arabic), natural flavouring, food acid (citric acid), thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), preservative (sorbic acid), natural colour (beta carotene), antioxidant (d-alpha tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate).
Dairy and gluten free.
Adults: Take 15ml (1 tablespoonful) daily.
Children over 2 years: Take 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) daily.
Can be taken straight or mixed into juice, yoghurt, cereals or blended beverages.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
Over-consumption may have laxative effects.

This is a fantastic product. My 2yr old asks for "his mega's" every day and after he's had the first spoonful he asks for more!
